The cockpit of the SL possesses a compelling, unique spatial feel, great seating comfort and lavish use of the most select elements: exclusive leather variants, high-quality trim elements in fine wood or aluminium. Sports seats with high side bolsters and the multifunction sports steering wheel offering excellent grip and incorporating shift paddles – the interior is tailored precisely to the driver's and front passenger's ergonomic needs.

Reversing camera
The optional reversing camera offers you more overview and comfort when manoeuvring. This can pay off as you could avoid damage. The media display shows what the camera detects. When reversing, the system assists you by overlaying dynamic guide lines which display the path of the vehicle based on the steering angle.

DYNAMIC SELECT
DYNAMIC SELECT changes the handling characteristics at the touch of a button. Use a wide variety of drive programs which change the characteristics of the engine, transmission, suspension and steering, for example. Whether dynamic in Sport mode or relaxed and comfortable in the Comfort program – you determine precisely what is important to you.

COMAND Online
COMAND Online is the navigation system which is perfectly integrated into the cockpit featuring the Mercedes-Benz look and feel. Thanks to Live Traffic Information, you can avoid traffic jams simply and effectively. 
To continue to use the Live Traffic Information service, you must register on the Mercedes me Portal and also accept the Terms of Use for the Mercedes me connect services. In addition, the vehicle must be paired with the user account. Thereafter Live Traffic Information can be used free of charge for up to three years and can be subsequently extended subject to a fee.
Accessing websites requires a suitable mobile phone and access to a data option, as well as use of the mobile phone as a modem (tethering) via a mobile service provider.
